Good service and clean. Had appt at 2 for oil change, waited, but didn’t get car back until nearly 1.5 hours later. Fully understand they are busy. Would be nice to get a status text every ~30 min so waited, but didn’t get car back until nearly 1.5 hours later. Fully understand they are busy. Would be nice to get a status text every ~30 min so we are not tied to the waiting room, or maybe a $10 coupon for the next visit for the wait. Usually someone comes out when pulling into the service area, this time they did not even though I was the only car. That’s ok as they were busy, but would make it less congested inside. Staff was overheard talking about someone being sick…didn’t see any employee wearing a mask especially when they came out to speak with customers. The mask is to protect others….it would be a nice gesture of the staff to wear one when sitting right next to a customer or leaning over a customer to review the service. More

Alton was AWESOME and very professional in helping me get a 2022 Camry SE. I have challenged credit but he made it happen for me. I was in and out with a brand new car within 2 hours!!!!
