Unfortunately when we asked for some privacy to look at new vehicles in our own time, we were totally ignored. When coerced I explained that we did not want to get into price haggling, but instead wanted t new vehicles in our own time, we were totally ignored. Even having made it clear that we had previously purchased vehicles from Humbert Vester Toyota - the price haggling started and an unnecessary painful experience! Only as we were walking out, did the Sales Manager intervene. We eventually purchased a RAV EXL, but only after leaving a bad taste with us. Since 2004 we have now purchased 9 vehicles from HVT in Wilson. While we like Toyota, we can't assure that we will purchase there again!! We are sorry, but this is the wat it is. More
