I have purchased in the past from Hubler and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was very frustrating and it honestly tainted the whole process. While the salesperson, Ted was ver had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was very frustrating and it honestly tainted the whole process. While the salesperson, Ted was very attentive and provided all the information/assistance necessary- the frustration came with the ridiculous amount of wait time to get the financial part completed. I actually left the dealership with the intent of shopping elsewhere, but then returned after the salesman contacted me to apologize. Unfortunately, when I returned and finally made it to the finance office I was greeted with a halfhearted apology. I have more to say and elaborate on but will not put in writing More
