I was truly disappointed that when I came over with my insurance on my tires and needed assistance I was dropped on my head and told me that no Chevy within a hundred miles had a tire that they could get insurance on my tires and needed assistance I was dropped on my head and told me that no Chevy within a hundred miles had a tire that they could get for 4 to 5 days so I had to go buy a tire yet I pay for warranties on just about everything on this car I was totally let down in the one time I needed them so it doesn't really reflect well for me to buy a Chevy when I haven't had an American car in many years More

The first person I had helping me, Brooks, was great. She helped me get everything approved for my tires to be replaced/fixed. The day I went in, Feb 14th, not so much because she wasn’t there. The never told me they only replaced the one tire and didn’t fix the other. I didn’t know they didn’t fix the other until days later. I sat there for over 2 hours for them to get only one thing completed and to not say anything. They only finally let me leave after I walked back out to the service department to see why it was taking so long. There were 10 other people that came in after that left way before me. I know they don’t work on Nissians but the tires are not the same as working under the hood. More
