Disappointed in the lack of resource/accommodation for a loaner vehicle. My car was under warranty as it’s a 2021 and I had to reschedule an appointment because there was no guarantee on when my vehicle wou loaner vehicle. Been going for service for about 14 years. This last visit was scheduled early and took 2 hrs. for just an oil change and tire rotation. That is about an hour longer than normal.
