I didn't receive any notification they were waiting on me for a decision regarding and air filter. I showed up at the time I was told it would be ready and I am not sure it was even started. Everyone was friendly. My service advisor, Jason, explained everything in detail. The operation of my car couldn't be better. My service advisor, Jason, explained everything in detail. The operation of my car couldn't be better. More
I have a mixed history with Hubler Nissan. On one hand, I believe the team is genuinely knowledgeable regarding major mechanical failures and they seem to do their best with standard repairs. On one hand, I believe the team is genuinely knowledgeable regarding major mechanical failures and they seem to do their best with standard repairs. However, my experience with "premium" features has been consistently unsatisfactory. Specifically, I have struggled with: Heated Seats: They only function about 50% of the time. I’ve been told a temperature of 80–85°F is "normal," but they often fail to turn on at all. Bose Audio System: The speakers frequently sound distorted or "wonky," yet the service team maintains they cannot hear the issue. The frustration stems from the diagnostic process. It feels like the car is checked for 20 minutes, and because a code doesn't pop up or the issue doesn't happen in that exact window, it’s dismissed as "normal function." These are expensive features I paid extra for, and I expect them to work reliably. If you have a standard mechanical issue, this team is great, but if you have a complex electrical or premium tech issue, you may find yourself stuck in a loop of "could not replicate." More
