Loved the experience at the dealership. My one problem is they list a sale price on the car. This was not a sale price is was the price of the car if you qualified for various discounts. Which I did not, therefore I didn't get the "sale" price I thought I was getting when I entered the dealership. But so far, I am enjoying the car. More

We bought a 2021 Nissan Royge 2 years ago and dealt with a great saleslady who is no longer there. We went today looking to trade in and found a 2023 Murano that we were interested in. The sales guy "OB" w a great saleslady who is no longer there. We went today looking to trade in and found a 2023 Murano that we were interested in. The sales guy "OB" was a pleasure to work with, showing us numerous vehicles to find one we were interested in buying. The finance guy worked a deal but we decided we wanted another $2000 off since they did not agree to pay off our current car and wanted $2000 in cash. I told him we wanted another $2000 off and it was a deal. He tried to tell me our current car would sold at an auction. I politely said xx, our car has a new battery, new tires, and new wipers, all maintenance was done on time and in excellent condition, much better than some on the lot for sale. He loudly said, "No, no way!!" So I said, "Okay, no deal! And he hung up on me! I know xxxx well that he had plenty of room on the asking price to make a $2000 adjustment, I sold cars years ago, and I know how they work. We are going to continue looking for a newer car but refuse to buy another one from Hubler as long as people are as rude as he was! More
