The dealership and it's employees have been great at trying to find the issue I complain about, but it must just be the way the transmission works on these vehicles. I've had to pull out in traffic at times and the truck will decide to lug along so I have to floor it. sometime when I take off it starts going then upshifts really fast then lugs along - Hesitation/Lurching: A common complaint is a momentary delay when accelerating from a stop, followed by a sudden jump or "lurch" forward. - Low RPM Lugging: The transmission tends to upshift early to keep RPMs low, which can result in a "lugging" sensation on inclines, requiring heavy throttle input.
