Michael Vargas is the salesperson to ask for! I have bought and leased many cars in my lifetime. We first met Mike looking at Cadillacs but chose Mercedes merely due to the trade-in value. Mike struck a chord with me that he was an honest, reliable, trustworthy guy. 3 years later I remember Mike. Honestly, I had zero time to haggle with pricing, despite the fact I am an attorney and that’s all I do everyday. Time was of the essence now, as we bought my daughter her 1st leased vehicle, the Buick Encore in Teal Blue Metallic. However, remembering what a good feeling I got in mybelly barometer for Mike years a(+ {as my husband also did} we returned to Mike Vargas. Dealing with Mike Vargas was such a pleasurable and seamless transaction, that I didn’t even consider anyone else for even a nano-second. If my colleagues ask me who to buy a Buick, Cadillac or GMC, THERE IS NO QUESTION, I would tell them to go to Mike Vargas. I made the appointment specifically to see the Volt, but I think I would have been happy with the result of my visit even if I hadn't come in with a car in mind. I believe that he would have found a car that fit my needs anyway. He answered all of my questions about the Volt and gave me a thorough run down of how to work the car (very helpful, since this is my first keyless electric car). I didn't have to ask most of the questions I came in with - he answered them without my saying anything. Tracy and the dealership were kind enough to send someone to pick me up on the purchase day (an hour's drive) so I wouldn't have to impose on my family or friends for a ride. He even helped me set up my OnStar trial after I purchased the car. Overall, the dealership was clean, bright and set up beautifully to display the cars for sale. The salespeople are knowledgeable & helpful. Tracy is top notch. I will definitely be coming back next time I need a car! More
