GMC was my 5th and final dealership that I was going to for my last estimate. We were in need of a car with 3rd row seating. I sat down with Billy who understood my situation and our budget. He did everything he could so that his dealership would be the one I would leave a car with. He kept in very close contact with us and was available at all times with any questions we had. With the help of Robert O'Connell, numbers were met as they wanted to keep us as "part of the GCM family".
