He found some great cars to look at, and by the way it was very cold that evening but he went out of his way to get the vehicles to show us. We fell in love with a Ford Explorer that had just arrived and not inspected yet. Jason worked with our budget and everything went so well, I will definitely go back there when we need another vehicle. More
My first car I just wanted thank Matt Pittelkow and Cory spear and mz.dani for being a part of Hudson Ford on Wednesday January 18 2017 dani told me to go online a I just wanted thank Matt Pittelkow and Cory spear and mz.dani for being a part of Hudson Ford on Wednesday January 18 2017 dani told me to go online and apply and I did I applied with Hudson Ford and got denied Matt calls me and asked me a few questions and then called me back and told me I was approved it was the best feeling ever I was so happy and full of life and joy I cried I drove all the way from Minnesota to Wisconsin to see what I was approved for when I got there I was shown a 2015 Nissan Sentra it had every feature that I want it but my sunroof LOL and I didn't like the color too much because I just had a white car but after speaking to Matt I was convinced that car was for me and I was satisfied and very overwhelmed with joy and happiness because it was going to be my car and like Matt said I can paint it and I can have a sunroof put in which is true I can't do those things because it's my car he was also very patient with me because I was undecided he worked with me with a smile on his face every step of the way his Spirit was very high and I can tell that he feel good that he did help someone who never thought it was possible I would definitely recommend everybody that I know who is in need of a car so Hudson Ford although I didn't get to deal with all of the staff members just being there I can tell that they are there for the people and not the money and that is always a good filler I never thought it would be possible for me to go into a car lot and drive out with a vehicle never thought I can do it was specially with the credit score that I had but thanks to Matt and Cory they made it possible and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for stepping out and believe in me and giving me that chance a chance that I deserve a car that I deserve and the new life that comes with having this new car I owe it to Matt, Cory, levi, dani and all the Hudson Ford staff thank you guys so much you are truly truly truly a blessing to me More

due to negligence our breaks failed If you want to end up with failing brakes a month after your vehicle purchase at a busy intersection with your 3 year old in the car, this is the plac If you want to end up with failing brakes a month after your vehicle purchase at a busy intersection with your 3 year old in the car, this is the place to go! What started as a place we would do lifelong business (my husband needs a new car also) has quickly turned into what everyone fears when going through the used car experience. We purchased our used Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Saturday and because it was a recent trade in we couldn't take it home that day. Which was totally fine. We were told about the rigorous inspection the vehicle would be going through and how any issues would be found and taken care of before we could take the vehicle home. So much so that we couldn't even drive it off the lot because of the inspection it still needed to go through. We were thrilled by what seemed like such a detailed process! That afternoon we got home and ran a car fax and noticed it had three recalls, one pretty major one regarding the breaks. Concerned, I had my husband call our salesman who assured us the recall would be taken care of prior to us picking it up. Awesome. We were put at ease. Monday rolls around, we pick up the car. A few days later we notice the headlights are facing so far down it was actually scary to drive at night. Call our salesman up and we get in right away to have that taken care of. Which was great! Our salesman was very helpful. A few days later the "oil change due" notification comes on. A few days after that the check engine light comes on. 🙄 Two weeks go by and my break peddle fails at a busy intersection while driving with my son. My husband again calls our salesman to let him know and the salesman went from super kind to super rude. After my husband told him what had happened he asks, "is there anything else?" My husband says no and the salesman hangs up on him. This is when it reminded us that there had been that recall on the breaks so we call Chrysler directly, provide them with the vin and they said the recall had never been taken care of. *Insert rage* Because we were told the recall would be taken care of prior to us picking it up, we drove around for a MONTH in a vehicle with a break peddle that could have gone out at any point. How terrifying. We got a call Monday from Hudson ford guaranteeing going forward this won't happen. Cool. Thanks. Two days after the 6 hours of recall work is done on our jeep and the check engine light is back on with what seems to be more brake issues. (Which we read is common and can lead to the master cylinder needing to be replaced). But because this wasn't taken care of prior to us taking it home, it's now our problem. To top it off they sold our trade in for close to double what they gave us for it but couldn't even come up the $600 to pay off what we owed. Which only frustrates us now because the jeep is likely going to need that much in work. Overall just a xxxx experience. More

Purchase 2017 Ford Escape while in bankruptcy Matt and Cory did a fantastic job helping my wife and me work our way thru the red tape of bankruptcy so that we could purchase a new car. amazed I had looked at vehicles other places only to find out they couldn't do anything for me. TERRIBLE! Run from this place I stopped in with the intention of buying a new f150, the sales person was OK. Mike holly was awkward, rude and stereotypical used car salesman mentality using weird sales lines to me. I felt really uncomfortable talking with him and he is the only reason I left and decided to buy at the other ford dealer nearby that same day! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!! More
