Brandon met me in the showroom to ask if he could be of help, offered coffee, and listened to my list of needs and wants. I knew the model I wanted, a 2016 Edge, and we looked through his inventory which did not quite match up, he quickly went to searching other dealers and came up with options. We settled on a couple of choices and within a couple of days one was on site. He let me know, I came in did the paperwork very quickly, learned about some of the features, synced up the phone and I was ready to be on my way, the surprise part, I had a full tank of gas without asking. I have always hated having to negotiate for a tank of gas after spending thousands. Good job to the staff at Hudson, taking my Dad there after the Holidays to look for a new vehicle for him. More

I went to Hudson Ford and why I ever went anywhere else I will never know. They were prompt with contacting me when I initially spoke with Ashley Stone. I felt welcomed to the sales floor when I arrived 15 mins early(sorry guys) by the receptionist. Cory Spear was completely polite and never felt like I was getting a salesman schtick from him. He took care of me. He made me happy with my trade in value and monthly new car payment. What was cool is that he explained everything clearly. This is not my first car purchase and I actually learned a few important things from him. I dreaded buying a new car so much I had put it off for years. Cory Spear worked with me and I got everything I thought i was not going to be able to get. This dealership and Cory turned my experience around. I will be a repeat customer for car buying and I will using their service department. Also...I am referring my parents to Cory who will be looking at a Ford Edge because I want their experience to be as pleasant as mine was.
