Jason Kahl asked what we were looking for so I told him my wants. He didn't push and showed us our options-- he followed through on any questions we had. He was so knowledgeable on the car and was really helpful so I finally made my decision. I have several times told people how happy I was with Jason and Hudson Ford. I just liked how there was no pushing me into something I didn't want or interested in and I didn't feel like I was taking too much of his time like I felt at other dealers. Thank you !! Lemon Bought a 2012 Ford STX here with 32,000 miles, drove it less than 10,000. I put new tires on and found out the parking brakes lock up. Called and talked to the most rudest service dept ever. I asked about warranty, he said $900. I asked if anyone inspected this before I bought it, he'd say $900. I doubt they do any inspection on their used inventory, like they claim. Never buying here again!!!! More

No runaround! Stopped into Hudson Ford to view an SUV that I found online. Met Matt Pittlekow upon entering dealership and immediately felt like he wanted to help m Stopped into Hudson Ford to view an SUV that I found online. Met Matt Pittlekow upon entering dealership and immediately felt like he wanted to help me, not just make a sale. I told him I was pressed for time, so wanted to just look at truck for time being. Matt immediate grabbed keys and took me to vehicle. He didn't try to talk me into sale, just gave info that I wanted, then I left for work. My wife and I drive the truck a few days later and loved it. Matt stayed in contact during that time. Was not crazy about the 'one price' idea, but it was a decent price and removed the sometimes stressful bargaining process. Where Matt and Hudson Ford set themselves apart is that the were willing to take care of a few small issues with vehicle after we already purchased the vehicle... Without charging me or trying to soak me for repairs. I discussed the issues, they took care of it. THAT is how you keep repeat customers! Well done, Matt! More
