She was knowledgable about the product, knowledgable about the process, and kept things moving on my behalf with a high sense of urgency. I knew what I want, and she supported it. I HIGHLY recommend Amillie to any and all future car buyers. She will do everything in her control to meet you needs as a customer. Levi followed up with solid support on the finance end of things. You get what you don't pay for. I did my search online. I did my research as to model and features online. For what I got going to your dealership I could of just as easily got that I did my search online. I did my research as to model and features online. For what I got going to your dealership I could of just as easily got that online as well. Your salesman was not empowered at all. Basically all he did was tell me he couldn't deal on ANYTHING and showed me how to match my phone up with the bluetooth, which the manual or just looking at the screen could've done as well. He was a nice guy, really, but If that's the future of a dealership why wouldn't I shop online and bypass your mark up. You tried to pedal your extended warranty when it's not even Fords and I found a genuine Ford extended warranty (ONLINE) for 800 less. I asked if I could get floor mats at cost and you wouldn't do that either. If it hadn't been the exact model and color the wife wanted I wouldn't have bought from you and trust me I tried to find the same mix. You are probably pretty proud you squeezed every penny you could out of me. Good, you feel that way. I work in a building with 700+ people in a high tech company across the river from you. They'll know about you as well. If that's your business model, great, you can be replaced by a web page. By the way, it was a good price and I like the car. I won't be using the oil change certificate, I'm sure that if brought it in you'd find something that would be charged outside of the oil change. Not impressed folks, you're memorable for the wrong reasons. Despite that, you were friendly, have a Merry Christmas, I hope you change for the better. More

Joe went over the various electronic navigation, entertainment, and environmental programs and controls. He has obviously worked with the Ford subsystems and conveys the various settings very well. The paperwork was ready and in order. Several signatures and I was out the door and ready to make a 600 mile journey. The car performed flawlessly in rain, slush, and snow. A list of everything from drive train to trim was formulated and how to save dollars on packages, rebates, etc. I felt that finding the truck with the variety of options we wanted in DECEMBER would be a daunting task. Brandon worked the computer system and found the exact truck including the color (ruby red). (specific transmission, differential, bed length, options etc.) NO PRESSURE. WORK TO DETERMINE THE RIGHT VEHICLE. RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. EMPLOYEES WORK WELL TOGETHER. THEY SPEND TIME NECESSARY WITH YOU. TAKE PRIDE IN HELPING YOU. Then he searched his inventory and made a suggestion to me (with a couple close alternatives) and I bought the car he suggested, because it is exactly what I need.
