A used car buying experience. We were looking at SUVs at two local dealerships here in Hudson, Wisconsin. Our search narrowed down to a few Ford Escapes at each dealership. Brandon Riel's customer service earned our business. Brandon was great to work with. He was able to get us an Escape within our budget with features we wanted and got us a good trade in amount for our old vehicle. Levi Klaudt did a great job explaining the financing and extended warranty options to us without any sales pressure. Overall it was a pleasurable car buying experience. More

A fine car-buying experience At age 66, we have purchased or leased many autos. Brittany originally interested us in this dealer based on an internet response to our needs. After arriving at the dealership, our conversation with Trisha resulted in us moving up a purchase by a week. We were not pressured- we simply got everything we felt we needed in a helpful, conversational manner. It did not hurt that there was an auto in stock that fit our needs. However, looking back, we feel we would have committed even if we needed to wait for an auto. Once we made the decision, Levi helped get us through the lease issues quickly, but took the time needed to deal with questions. More

No Pressure and Very Patient My husband and I thought we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to purchase when we went in but as we browsed the lot we saw a few other vehicles that My husband and I thought we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted to purchase when we went in but as we browsed the lot we saw a few other vehicles that fit our needs/wants. The first person we talked to was Jake and he was so patient with us as we wanted to test drive 3 different vehicles and take our time.
