When I noticed a faulty tire pressure light, the Hudson Ford team repaired it, for free, within 12 hours of the purchase of the car. Minnesota Used Car Buyers: they do all the transfer paperwork in house, so all I had to do was sign paperwork, and the car was mine to drive off the lot. Would highly recommend! More

Being new to the leasing world I had no knowledge of how things worked or what to expect. I worked directly with Jason and he was able to educate me and made me feel confident with the knowledge he had provided so I could make the best decision. If he didn't have an answer he always found someone immediately who did. It seemed like I always had instant responses when communicating via phone, voicemail, and emails. The whole team played very well off of each other and was never in a situation where they were caught off guard, seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, or didn't have the necessary information. From top to bottom, beginning to end, the whole process was extremely quick, informational, smooth, and went off without a hitch. Everything they did was seamless and I was never left waiting or wondering. I would recommend this dealership and its team to anyone. More
