Janell took us through the cumbersome paperwork process easily and with obvious flair for her work at the dealership. We worked only incidentally with Joe as we discussed a trade-in, but he, too, was the real deal for making a great effort to do a good job. We looked at several different models but as usual the Taurus I was looking for just wasn't available at the time. The next day Joe called me about a recent trade-in. Joe sent me pictures and I was hooked. I drove over that day, took a road test, and signed a purchase agreement that afternoon. The next day i came in, and all the paperwork was ready and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes or less. Great deal. That was the least amount of time I have ever spent for a car purchase. More
