I called ahead to see what I should do to check out my Ford Escape recall. I pulled up to the service door as instructed and was ignored for about 15 min. Among other things he immediately removed his mask outside because he “couldn’t breathe with the thing on” This was at first desk encountered at entry. He claimed he couldn’t see my car when I drove up to the service entry. He shrugged when I told him another car had driven in right as I approached that door. He told me to put WD40 on my car door that sticks. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth for a dealership where we have been royally treated in the past. More
