Paige was great but was very busy and must have been overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my overwhelmed. I was approved for a F150. Signed the contract with Levi. And 5-6 days later I get a phone call stating that lender backed out due to my hours being reduced because of the virus. Which is only temporary and only lasted 2 weeks. Very frustrated!! Which I stated when I was there but was obviously not told to the lender.She is trying to do what she can to figure it out. But my belief is I would not be in this predicament if she would have had help that day and was able to listen and focus on one purchase at a time instead of 4 More

Purchase of a new F350 Joe took his time helping me compare all of the F250/350 Lariats that were close to my needs and wants. After reviewing my options I decided on a F3 Joe took his time helping me compare all of the F250/350 Lariats that were close to my needs and wants. After reviewing my options I decided on a F350 Lariat. He then worked with me to purchase more appropriate tires. (I wanted AT tires - truck had highway) and add a tonneau cover. I came back two days later, met with Levi to finish the purchase which took less that 20 minutes to complete since I had done the Ford credit application from home. I will be back to Hudson Ford. Excellent timing.. Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at anothe Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at another Ford dealership it took 1 and 1/2 hours to complete! Excellent service by a very friendly and competent staff. Am extremely happy with my experience at the Hudson Ford dealership. Service Department proficiency and courtesy is a rare commodity but this operation glows in its competency. Couldn't be happier. Oil Change I always use Hudson Ford for my oil changes. they recommended some additional air filter replacements and bearings work. I always go some place cheaper to have any other work done. I had them replace my filters, no labor costs, but for some reason they went through my glove compartment and totally messed that up and closed it on my cheap sun glasses. No mention of this in the service, I was only a little pissed, because I can always go to Florida for spring break and replace my cheap sun glasses!! No more filter changes with them anymore, but will go for the oil changes, for now> More
