Heidi is the charm of the entire staff. Joe was great in helping me buy my truck. I am hoping that if someone has time, at some point, they can help me with the operation of the electronics... the controls helping me buy my truck. Someone did go over these things but I am still not entirely comfortable. I realize there is a manual. I might study that some before asking for help. I was surprised at my first tire rotation, there is a charge for that. I bought a new vehicle but I was told those new tires don't qualify for free tire rotation. I'm disappointed by that. More
