Brian Meyers was great during the test drive and day of purchase. Andy helped with price and discussions during a visit when Brian wasn't available. Best overall purchase experience I have had (first auto purchase in 1979). Chad was great with questions regarding some after market items. Nic helped us with the finance paperwork and was competent but not warm on the people side of the transaction. Got our plates a week after purchase. We would recommend Hudson Ford to anyone looking for a no pressure auto purchase. More

Simple and quick We had a specific used SUV in mind when we called Hudson Ford. They were very polite an easy to set up a test drive with. We arrived and Scott had our vehicle of choice pulled around back for us and ready to go. He answered all of our questions before we came in and our additional ones once we arrived. Everyone was efficient once we decided to move forward with the SUV. We had bit of a time line. We were out well before we had to leave and picked up our new to us Suv the next day. Scott and Nic were super helpful and easy to work with. They made us feel right at home in a place that makes many people feel uneasy. Thanks again so much guys, we are LOVING our new ride. ;) More

Maybe after my recent experience It took two weeks to get an appointment for annual change. My appointment was Nov 18th 11am. I arrived at 10:50 am. They said it would be 30- 45 minut It took two weeks to get an appointment for annual change. My appointment was Nov 18th 11am. I arrived at 10:50 am. They said it would be 30- 45 minutes. I left to do a few chores. I arrived back at 11:50. I paid the bill and got my keys back at 12:24. This is way too long being I scheduled this oil change, I was not a walk in. I was very disappointed with the service. More
