Best Sales Person EVER I knew the vehicle that I wanted. Amillie Kayacan and I went on a test drive and she was very knowledgeable about the Explorer. I was pretty much al I knew the vehicle that I wanted. Amillie Kayacan and I went on a test drive and she was very knowledgeable about the Explorer. I was pretty much already sold on it but she confirmed all that I was wondering about......She knew that I was pressed for time and did an amazing job multi-tasking and making sure I got back to work :) Once I purchased it, and I got in the driver seat, she went over every feature and individual button and took the time to help me get my phone hooked up. She made sure that I was comfortable before I drove away. She was definitely my soul mate sales person and I will refer all my friends and family to her. I also worked with Irina in finance and she was great as well. She got me in and out of there in a timely manner with all my questions answered. I left with a new car, and felt amazing about my purchase. They deserve kudos. :) More

From the start he was very friendly and polite and listen to what I had to say about buying a car. He went over the basics of the car and then we took it for a drive. During that time, we talked about buying cars and other topics not related to buying a car. Brandon made the whole experience easy, pressure free and enjoyable. He was very attentive with letting me know exactly what was going on each step of the way and made sure I was doing okay while waiting for the finance portion to get taken care. I would most definitely seek out Brandon for any future deals. I worked with Dani in Finance and she was outstanding. She was very kind, explained all the options and very professional. She was fantastic to work with as well and made the finance and paperwork piece a breeze. More

I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle when I came across the 2012 GMC Terrain that now sits in my driveway, but Dani, Randy, and Irina made the proce I wasn't looking to purchase a vehicle when I came across the 2012 GMC Terrain that now sits in my driveway, but Dani, Randy, and Irina made the process so smooth and seamless that it basically just fell right into my lap! Management will not honor their word. Sales person was awesome would rate him 10/10. Had a vehicle selected, got quotes on trade in. Finance called after application was submitted, the guy Sales person was awesome would rate him 10/10. Had a vehicle selected, got quotes on trade in. Finance called after application was submitted, the guy on the phone was rude and proceeded to lie to me about my own credit report. (While I was actively reviewing mine at the same time) he told me its not even worth submitting the application to the bank as “obviously cant afford it.” I decided to sell my vehicle to the dealership and not purchase the truck from them. I then find out that “store policy” prohibits them from buying my truck but a trade it was okay. These guys are a joke. Way to go back on your word guys. Will not suggest this dealership to anyone. More
