Very unhappy with any service contract from Hudson Ford!! Bought a 2014 Ford Flex and purchased a service contract. Not the cheep one the top of the line. Had an issue with the taillight full of moisture. Nei Bought a 2014 Ford Flex and purchased a service contract. Not the cheep one the top of the line. Had an issue with the taillight full of moisture. Neither Ford or All State the contract provider would replace. After many calls still no replacement said would split the price with me at a cost of 300.00. Am now looking into getting my money back from Hudson Ford for a useless contract. By the way paid 2500.00. I'm sure this will be almost impossible or I will get a fraction of what I paid. Don't be fooled by the service contract as they push it VERY HARD!!!!! At Hudson Ford!!! All employees of Hudson were good but the contract is worthless!! More

Service Done Had again an amazing experience. I drive from Baldwin to come to this dealership for oil changes, ect. Each time I have had knowledgeable people that Had again an amazing experience. I drive from Baldwin to come to this dealership for oil changes, ect. Each time I have had knowledgeable people that don't sell you services that aren't really needed. I was in and out within about 1/2 hour on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I will come back again with out a doubt More

Beyond the sale.. I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion through Joe Neinas a few months ago; it was now time to have the oil changed along with having a "check-up" after survi I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion through Joe Neinas a few months ago; it was now time to have the oil changed along with having a "check-up" after surviving the cold. Joe was able to take care of setting up an appointment for my car to get in (he was also kind enough to walk next door and pick it up) They did a very thorough job AND washed it for me. I have nothing but positive experiences with the entire Dealership! I say look no further, you have found the best team out there, they will ALL take good care of you! More

I recently visited Hudson Ford to have some parts installed on my truck. Kim and Tracy at the Front desk were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction, so I could get what I needed. Bo installed on my truck. Kim and Tracy at the Front desk were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction, so I could get what I needed. Both ladies were absolutely wonderful, which makes my decision for a future visit very likely even being a GMC owner. Keith in the service department received my parts and installed them in a timely manner. Keith was very knowledgeable and kind. Great all around service!! With how my visit went I would prefer driving to Hudson Ford over my non-friendly GMC dealer. I really appreciate what you have done for me. Thank You! More
