awful The worst experience wish i could return the car and get the same car from somewhere else. I felt taken advantage of after leaving wish i would have left the car on the lot. I waited four hours after the initial deal was made to go into the office and have the price go up after waiting so long i (stupidly) just signed and wanted to get out of there. After leaving I had to return to retrieve my EZ pass which was told to me was no longer there(it was in the windshield of the car i traded in). When i got home i realized there were no mats, no antenna, one key, and no temp license plate. I went back and was told the temp plate must've been stolen(perhaps like my ez pass) and i had to file a police report. this was the worst service and i just wish i could return the car that I'm now stuck with. Im more angry with myself for even taking the deal in the first place. After the deal was closed all customer service and efforts to get the job done effectively were thrown out the window. More
