Service department is terrible I was in for an oil change in April 2015 and at that time asked to have the heated seat, remote start and check engine light that comes on and goes ou I was in for an oil change in April 2015 and at that time asked to have the heated seat, remote start and check engine light that comes on and goes out after several days and then comes back on again. I was told after they did the oil change that that type of work is only done during the week and that they would put me on a wait list for a loaner car so I can put my car in for what is warranty service, well 5 months later I still don't have my car fixed. I called 2 times since April and am told I am still on the list. How long could that list be that it takes 5 months or more to get a loaner. I am very disappointed in this service center. They should consider getting better management than what they had back in April. I wish someone would call me from the dealer or service department to explain and get my car in to be repaired.. After Buying a car from Hudson Hyundai It was a pain to deal I purchased a Car from this dealer and the Sales guy was smart enough to convince me and the after sales service and the behavior of the whole team is I purchased a Car from this dealer and the Sales guy was smart enough to convince me and the after sales service and the behavior of the whole team is very poor.They boast of the drop of service which is crap and you need to wait 1-2 hrs just to get a ride to the JSQ. Once purchased the vehicle it becomes your pain and for every issue you will be like calling and requesting them for a quick resolution but they would keep you waiting which is sometimes 2Hrs. I never had a good experience with this dealer so I moved on to a different dealer for regular service. More
