On July 2011, i decided it was time to purchase my first vehicle. Once I drove into the Hudson Hyundai parking lot, I noticed a sales representative (Mr. Lopez) noticed me entering the facility. He did not vehicle. Once I drove into the Hudson Hyundai parking lot, I noticed a sales representative (Mr. Lopez) noticed me entering the facility. He did not approach me immediately, which is something other Dealerships tend to do. This showed me that there wasn't any pressure from the sales associate, which gave me comfort-ability. Once I looked through the vehicles, the sales associate approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I explained my need and situation, and a list of vehicle of my preference was supplied to me. once my selection was made, a test drive was offered to me, in which my decision was re-assured. During the process of credit approval, the staff did not leave me unattended. They were constantly making conversation and asking if I had any concerns or questions. The entire process took a couple of hours and I was even offered food, which was a surprise to me. Truly exceptional customer service, and a very professional environment. I drove off the same day in a used 2008 Honda Civic Si. I will return to purchase a second vehicle from this dealer most likely a Hyundai. More
