We were greatly satisfied in purchasing this Honda Accord!! Our salesman "CARLOS RHODES" was awesome. He was very friendly & met our needs for sure! DON'T GO THERE!! They told me I needed my power steering fluid drained, flushed and replaced ($130) because it was dark and should be pink. I did not have it done. I called another Honda dealer and they fi fluid drained, flushed and replaced ($130) because it was dark and should be pink. I did not have it done. I called another Honda dealer and they first ask me what problems I was having (none) and they said for a Honda the power steering fluid is dark - it would be pink in other makes of vechles and that if I did need it changed it should only cost around $69. Now to add insult to injury my "maint req'd" warning light is on because they did not reset it. No biggie - just one more thing to annoy me. Now they keep calling me and sending me e-mails to trade my car with them. NOT HAPPENING!! More

Too my suprise, the service department went out of their way to be friendly and noticed that the engine needed a software update. They applied update and returned car with NO CHARGE.
