A few months ago, I decided I needed to get a new vehicle. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 10 years and I basically wanted another one. Carlton Harris, the salesman, showed me exactly what I needed. We went over a few basic questions and we decided I didn't really want the top-of-the-line CRV, but the middle line. It had everything I was looking for. Carlton was so great to work with! He got right to work and made the entire process easy & as quick as possible. I got my 2019 from here in 2024 and let me tell you my car has been nothing but absolute issues since I got it. Not even after the first 2 days my car breaks down and it has to be towed to the dealership and then if that wasn’t to top it all off I was screwed over in my monthly payments even with $1,000 down and with a trade in they gave me $6,000 they still screwed me over and tripled the cost of my car I wish I would’ve never have gotten it and I will absolutely never be back here they’ve lost all my business

Was coming home last night on I75 about 20 miles from Tifton. Hit an object in the road. Pulled over to see nothing leaking BUT my engine guard was bent and twisted. I managed to get my 2025 CRV Hybrid to the Tifton exit. My wife and I got a room for the night hoping the Honda dealership in Tifton could get us back on the road to finish our 4 hour trip home. I arrived at about the time they open and spoke to the service manager. Not only was he helpful and respectful he had me in the shop and back on the road within 15 mins. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While I do not live in the Tifton area my experience with the service manager and shop this morning I can assure you I would be buying my next Honda at Prince Honda of Tifton.
