Service department advisor Claire did not treat me with respect. I had to call and ask is my vehicle ready for pick up. My vehicle was ready prior to me calling she stated. Then I requested for shuttle ser respect. I had to call and ask is my vehicle ready for pick up. My vehicle was ready prior to me calling she stated. Then I requested for shuttle service to come pick me up from work (less than 10 minutes away). After an hour went by and no one showed up, I called back and ask to speak to Clair but she wasn’t answering so I ask the receptionist to please tell the shuttle service to come pick me up. The shuttle came 10 minutes later and he informed me that Claire never told him to come pick me up. The driver stated he was doing anything but paperwork and he apologized. Unacceptable behavior from Claire. I was going to trade my vehicle in for a Honda Accord Hybrid but I will not from there. More

I originally thought this was a trustworthy dealership, but only a couple of months after having my car, I found out they had wiped quite a few permanent codes from my vehicle in order to sell it. They are but only a couple of months after having my car, I found out they had wiped quite a few permanent codes from my vehicle in order to sell it. They are friendly & have great customer service, but don’t be fooled. They sell lemons! Would not recommend. UPDATE!: Took my car to the dealership & they told me the engine is fried! Thank God it is covered under manufacturer’s warranty. Clearly Hughes Honda service department and managers knew this before they wiped the permanent codes from my computer. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
