With that being said, there is a balance between best price, best service, honesty and integrity...Humes' entire team, does have that balance. The car buying experience can be stressful and tedious, who likes that? No one! That is why I have and my family has bought many, many vehicles, only from Humes and Bob Corritore. It truly is a no hassle experience, there are many car dealers, but ultimately the buying decision is based on who you want to do business with, and for us its HUMES for sales, service and a good feeling! Just so you know, I am not a cream puff when it comes to negotiating, and I had walked on a deal two weeks ago, only to get a call from Matt Clark later that night, he asked if he could do this and that, would I commit to buying...I said yes...and mind you, all over the phone, sight unseen, I bought a new truck! Between Bob and Matt, they worked on meeting my requirements and who could say no to that! The team at Humes does what seems to be in short supply these days, they work! Thank you... More

He is extremely friendly and nice and you don't feel pressured to buy. He let us test drive several cars on two separate occasions before we decided on the Dodge Durango. After the sale was complete, he spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood all of the vehicle's features and how to use them before we left the lot. For a no pressure, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend Humes and Bob Corritore! More

WONDERFUL experience! A friend had recommended Humes to us. We had purchased our previous Jeep through another dealership and were hesitant to go back to that one because of poor customer service, so we thought we'd give Humes a try. We're so glad we did. It was an absolutely wonderful shopping experience. Bob Corritore is the best salesman we've ever dealt with. From the first time we stepped on the lot, he was nothing but friendly and accommodating. We weren't sure which model we were interested in, so we asked to test drive three different models. Other salesmen would have acted annoyed or irritated, but Bob just took it as an opportunity for us to see what was available and even took time to show us all of the different features of each car. We told him that we weren't interested in actually making a purchase until the next month, and he didn't try to pressure us into making a sale that day. It was great! He gave us a quote for the model we were interested in, gave us his business card, and asked us to call him if we needed anything. He didn't try to sell us the car at a high price like other salesmen would. He gave us all of the discounts we qualified for and even told us about some that we didn't know about. We spent the next day or so thinking about the great experience we had and the fantastic price quote and decided to make an early purchase. A lot of that was because we loved the Jeep, but it was also because of Bob's kindness and exceptional customer service! The online financing process was quick and easy, and we got a great deal. When we went back to the dealership to pick up the Jeep, Bob and Leslie got us in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Bob gave us a tour of the parts and service departments and made sure we had all of the information we needed. Needless to say, we are very happy! We have an awesome new Jeep and we're very glad that we picked Humes over other dealerships. We will be referring all of our friends and family to Humes and Bob Corritore! More

Can't do there job?!?! I don't think I will ever return to buy another truck. Started calling about a tire problem at 15,000 miles and they passed me around until I was worr I don't think I will ever return to buy another truck. Started calling about a tire problem at 15,000 miles and they passed me around until I was worried about safety and just spent the $2500 for a new set. Not a big deal when tires wear out but with 15,000 miles? Cheap cheap cheap. Next my brake petal feel off. I still have not been called back about this problem. That is the only reason I am writing a review if they are not worried about people's safety on the road with what they are selling I am not worried if they sell a few less cars. More
