We took it back for inspections and all major work and were always pleased with their service. HOWEVER, the last inspection strained our relationship somewhat. Some damage was sustained by my car at some point during the inspection, and when I brought it to the dealership's attention nothing was done about it, which was puzzling and disconcerting. I voiced my dismay in my original review, which I am amending right now; and as a result I was contacted by Matt Clark, who apologized and sent someone to my house to address it. The issue was fixed in five minutes. I appreciate Matt's concern and willingness to do whatever it took to rectify the problem. I had always believed that Humes excelled in customer service and I'm glad to see that they still do. Thank you, Matt. As a result of your action, I am 'Disappointed' no more. More
