Not a problem since I really like my current truck so waiting a few more months wasn't a big deal. Then out of the blue, Matt Clark calls me the other day with a deal I'd be a fool to refuse. So after discussing it with my better half, I went out and met with Bob Corritore to seal the deal today. Couldn't be happier. My wife and I both are still impressed with the service we get at Humes. They always go above and beyond for us. They always have whatever our situation might be and our kids in mind. I don't see how anyone can have a bad experience at Humes. From day 1 we've always been treated like family regardless of the reason we went there. From sales to the body shop, they always come thru. Never once had less than a fantastic experience. Failure of Descent Customer Service - LOYAL JEEP Customer I have purchased 5 Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Humes. The last being a 2014 Overland! The 2014 needed to get inspected with only 3,150 miles I have purchased 5 Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Humes. The last being a 2014 Overland! The 2014 needed to get inspected with only 3,150 miles on it. I took it out to Humes. When I was driving home, I noticed the front passenger seat had a small hole in the leather seat. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't think anything of it.; I had a brand new vehicle with a dealership that I have been dealing with for over 15 yrs. As well as an extended warranty. Imagine my chagrin, when the service dept advisor Brain called me and said it was not covered! I stated I only noticed it when I was driving home from getting inspected at Humes. He told me to call Jeep! I asked him for the number, he told me to look it up in my owner’s manual!!! Finally, I thought let me speak to Matt Clark. When he called me back the situation was not any better. He was condescending and patronizing to me. He stated there is no way, it could have happened here (the hole in the leather seat). Humes does not stand behind their LOYAL customers or care about you once you brought a vehicle. NEVER will I buy another JEEP or recommend anyone to a JEEP or Humes. I traded in that JEEP! GLad to be rid of it!! More
