We went there at the recommendation of friends. They mentioned the selection and the prices being better than other dealerships in the area. We found 3 or 4 SUVs that fit our needs and budget, and got mentioned the selection and the prices being better than other dealerships in the area. Sean Siira did a great job filtering out the vehicles close to what we want, and showed us exactly what we were looking for. No xx. Very refreshing. Throughout the process of looking for a new vehicle, other dealerships showed me what they wanted to sell me, rather than selling me what I wanted. More

Being 18 and car shopping is not a favorable mix. I owned a 2003 LEMON Grand Cherokee that I hated so much I was about to let it go back to the bank. So many dealers treated me like garbage because of my age a 2003 LEMON Grand Cherokee that I hated so much I was about to let it go back to the bank. So many dealers treated me like garbage because of my age they labeled me as "kid." Humes is nothing like the rest, I was treated with respect every step of the way. Bob Corritore is the best salesman anybody could do business with. Bob was so patient with me as I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy. I ended up buying a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan which I love very much. The Service Department is top notch as well as Kevin and Jeff in the Finance department. Please continue to provide the services you have provided, you have won a customer for life! More

Sales people were very friendly, They weren't pushy, told them what we were looking for. They didn't try to push us into buying what we didn't want. Had a problem with a tire, was losing air, took the vehicle, new Jeep Patriot back to them, problem with tire was a nail, our salesman, Bob Corritore, saw us come in, came over to see us, asked if he could help, told him why we were there, got tire fixed, no cost to us. Have dealt with this dealership before and have never had a problem, otherwise we would not have gone back there to buy a new, or used vehicle. More

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Bob Corritore in the past year. I will never purchase a vehicle from another person when purchasing a new vehicle. Bob is very straight forward and works very well with his customers. You never have to wonder if you're getting swindled, he is very honest and lets you know if he feels you're getting a good deal or not on the new vehicle and on the trade. Overall, Humes as a whole operates with a very honest and positive attitude. All the employees are very personable and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied. I am very pleased with these guys, especially Bob, and recommend the dealership to everyone I know. More

Very bad experience. Was treated well but when it came to discussion about price there was no discussion. I was given a price and told there was no ability to move any further. We just purchased our 7th car from Humes 2 weeks ago and as usual, we were impressed! So the following week we purchased our 8th! Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else...period. There is a reason why Humes is a #1 dealer in the USA and always a Five Star rated service and parts department... it is because they are the BEST. I have delt with various dealers in the Erie area for many always a Five Star rated service and parts department... it is because they are the BEST. I have delt with various dealers in the Erie area for many years, and none have measured up to the friendly and professional people at Humes. Although Chrysler products are outstanding, it is the people at the dealership that make the difference. Everyone with whom I have had contact at Humes have treated my wife and I with the utmost respectful and always with a friendly attitude. I am a former customer of Humes Chrysler Dealership. I I am a former customer of Humes Chrysler Dealership. I have leased several Jeeps from them in the past. I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cheroke I am a former customer of Humes Chrysler Dealership. I have leased several Jeeps from them in the past. I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Lakeland Auto in Greenville,PA in Oct. 2010, after trying to purchase the same vehicle at Humes. Humes only offered $500 off new sticker on a used 2011 Jeep the owners daughter drove 2500 miles on. I took my business elsewhere that evening. Apparently Humes sells so many vehicles, they didnt want my sale. I had taken this vehicle to my regular mechanic for a routine oil change. He notified me of a leak in the shock. Warranty work. I called Humes. They are a certified Chrysler dealership capable of handling the warranty work. I waited for my appointment for 3 wks. The appontment was scheduled for shock repair. After having my vehicle for 24 hrs., I was told they needed to order parts. Again, the appointment was made for shock repair. A Jeep dealership with no Jeep parts. I was referred to the service mgr who was rude and treated me terribly. When questioning how long they would need my car, they told me I would get my car back, "running or not". I asked to speak to the store mgr, Matt Clark. After sharing my experience with Mr. Clark, he told me "it is my fault for being treated this badly by his dealership. Had I bought my vehicle from Humes, I wouldnt have been treated this bad. Go to the dealer I purchased the vehicle from." This is a direct refusal, of Humes, to provide to me Chrysler Warranty Work. After calling the toll free Chrysler phone number and going through 2 customer service reps to report my ill treatment, Chrysler takes NO responsibility for dealerships interactions with Chrysler consumers. They told me to report them to the Better Business Bureau, in which I have started proceedings with. I have never been treated so badly. Warranty work for my Jeep should be provided by ANY JEEP DEALERSHIP whether purchased at their dealership or not! Humes is the largest in my area. They are also the most arrogant dealership to deal with. I will NEVER give them my business, nor will the 6 loyal Jeep consumers in my family. I am also a hairstylist with a large clientelle, who will all hear my story of how Humes treats customers. More people should walk away from thier gross neglegence, as I have done. More
