Absolutely ridiculous trying to get in contact with this dealership for even the bare minimum service. I called them trying to get a quote for how much replacing a brake light would cost and there was no o dealership for even the bare minimum service. I called them trying to get a quote for how much replacing a brake light would cost and there was no one available to answer the question. I eventually just left a message with the girl who picked up the phone for her to pass on to any of the service advisors. One of these advisors did attempt to reach back out, but when I wasn't able to answer the call, no voicemail was left, not was there any attempt to reconnect about the service that was required for my vehicle. I instead am going to a different shop to get this service done for my vehicle, and will likely continue to go them instead. This isn't the first time I've had issues with any Ford dealership and their service department, which lends itself to this being a larger corporate issue in how they train their staff and service advisors. If you're considering going to a Ford service department for repairs or even routine checks on your vehicle, run away and look elsewhere for a better shop. More

I went in for an oil and filter change, no air filter needed, and change rear end (differential) fluid and they billed me about $500.00. After negotiation and agreeing to purchase a Ford Explorer with sales rep AJ, the Sales Manager arrived said that I would need to finance the car After negotiation and agreeing to purchase a Ford Explorer with sales rep AJ, the Sales Manager arrived said that I would need to finance the car through the dealership. I replied that I had my own financing. He refused the sale. I called the following day to speak with the another sales manager. I offered to purchase the car with an all cash offer. They said they would immediately call me back. I called a two more times over the weekend. The sales rep finally said that they wanted someone who would finance the car through them and would not sell me the car. HB Ford advertised a price was not in good faith. They wasted my time and lied about their requirement to finance the car through the dealership from the start. This is by far the worst car buying experience. More
