I was in need of a vehicle, my Explorer was sitting in the service bay needing $5k in repairs, that I didn’t have the $ to fix, I’d spoken to Ishmael about possibly buying a used Explorer. I had little money down & needed no less than an Edge, I have a 3.5 yo son, a 7 yo & 5 yo niece & nephew that I have to pick up from school etc, Both Ishmael and the finance mgr said don’t worry Michelle we will take care of you & we won’t put you in a used high miles SUV. And they didn’t, they put me in a brand new 2024 Edge. They took care of everything, even made sure I had an extended warranty too. If I could give them 10 ⭐️ I would, they were AMAZING. I’ve been taking my other Fords for service to HB Ford since 2008, I will not go any where else. They were great, took great care of me, Thank you guys, you were AMAZING 🙌 More
