Terrible experience at Huntington Beach Ford, the dealer lies to you by telling you that you have to purchase their overpriced extended warranty to get the loan, which upon confirmation with the loan compan lies to you by telling you that you have to purchase their overpriced extended warranty to get the loan, which upon confirmation with the loan company turns out to be a fraudulent claim designed to alleviate you of the burden of money. Once you request the contract be cancelled, you realize just how deceitful this lot are. They inform you that your funds will be returned within 6 weeks, but don't even process the cancellation request until 7 weeks are over. This is of course because they get commission after a certain time, so they don't want you to cancel to early. Three months on and they have still not processed the refund and are effectively ignoring my complaint through the better business bureau. They are now in breach of contract, but again that does not seem to bother Huntington Beach For My advice do not go to these people, or be prepared to be defrauded by a company that does not have your interest at heart. I also recommend not filling in the survey sent to you by Ford until you are sure that your experience with Huntington Beach Ford is complete! More

Let me start by saying Ford was not my first choice. I wanted a Camaro but ended up with a Mustang GT CS. Why did I select the 2012 Mustang, Style, Price and Incentives. I did a ton of home work and much wanted a Camaro but ended up with a Mustang GT CS. Why did I select the 2012 Mustang, Style, Price and Incentives. I did a ton of home work and much of the leg work to obtain my first New Car in over 15 years. I researched both the Mustang and Camaro and it came down to the bottom line. HB Ford's Philippe (Hope I spell it right) got the ball rolling with his outstanding customer support. Young Sales Person Cameron was current and knowledgeable on the Mustang line and offered me my first test ride in a 2012 Silver GT Automatic. That sealed the deal. I worked out a purchase price on a 2012 Mustang GT with OMAR (GM). Unfortunately the exact Mustang I wanted was not to be found on the lot. John Morgan in Fleet Sales was courteous and checked the data base for other 2012 GT’s in the area. John is a very professional individual that knows the business. Unfortunately we did not find the exact GT. My requirements did not exactly make it easy on HB Ford. All along HB Ford was willing to help in any way. Finally I found the exact 2012 GT CS at another deal in OC. Here is where Omar the GM took over and helped. He arranged a trade and brought the Car to his Dealership and sealed the Deal. Omar kept his commitment to the original price even though we went outside his inventory. Delivery day is here. Alex Barajas pick up the car. We meet that afternoon and walked thru the Sync systems and operation of the vehicle systems. I would like to recognize HB Ford. This is my first experience with a car dealer that delivered on EVERY SINGLE PROMISE without compromise. My advice to anyone buying a car, Do your home work, carry a pre approved car loan with you or know your credit score, know the car you want and the average market price and if it’s a Ford go to Huntington Beach Ford and ask for Cameron Harlin. He was a young kid but was very knowledgable about everything. He actually turned me on to the edge. He knew my budget and what I was working with and stayed with in those boundaries. There's nothing worse then a really pushy salesman and Cameron was nothing of the sort. I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy that second but I was then introduced to his manager Phil who was really funny and nice. Phil gave me such a good deal that I just HAD to do it. I am so happy with my new Edge that I will continue to get my car services with them because of the awesome customer service I was provided with. Thank you Cameron, Phil, and the rest of HB Ford! I bought a Mustang GT California special from this dealership in September 2010. Well spending that much money (it is a lot for me at-least) I expected great customer service etc. When I go home with my car, first thing I notice is that there is black dust all over my car remaining from the improper detailing of my car. Next thing I open the manual to find out I have a ford fusion manual instead of a mustang manual. (some one else was buying the fusion same time). Even worse, I find out the spare key they gave me also belongs to ford fusion. So some other guy out there is with my spare key. So obviously I call them to fix things, they ask me to come over and give me a new manual. They said they would mail me the keys once they find it. It's been a year and half. With over 30-40 phone calls. 10 visits to the dealership I still don't have it. Still not the worst part (Yes!!). I qualified for a student rebate. I submitted my documents. They were never filed with ford. Again on all of my visits I complain about it. My Finance manager Ryan was suppose to take care of it. He never did. After arguing with finance manager and floor manager on about 7-8 occasions they still haven't done anything for either of the problem. Every time I will get a response that i would be called back, confirmation would be emailed to me. And no response every single time! The worst part. I recently went there for my service, mainly so i can still make an attempt to get new spare key and apply for rebate. The manager Phil Insults me, says it is my fault for waiting a year and half. (even after tons of complains and personal visits). He says he doesn't wanna talk to me and help me because i do not understand that it is my fault for failing to file the rebate. He says i understand you did not get the keys but it is not my problem. Just pay $145 and get a new one made. When i ask him isn't it his job to fix problems and take of things, his words "it happened a year and half ago, its not my problem" .. "I have to answer to a boss, so i cannot do anything".... "I am just an overpayed babysitter at the dealership and cannot do anything"... So all in all beware.. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. More

I purchased a new car. During the process I was mislead, lied to and decieved. I was told I was getting one price then extras were added to the finance agreement. I followed up two weeks later and learned the credit had not been processed. I am so disgusted with the lack of integrity, that neither I, nor my family nor my associates will ever purchase a Ford product again. More
Went to the dealership with my son & my personal mechanic friend, with intentions to purchase a used F150. Your sales people were decent. We test drove the truck,I made an offer. I offered a little more,told the sales person to call me,and started to leave. Your sales manager, Nick Troy came out of his office in a very loud voice (in front of everyone) said,"it is a ridiculious offer", I said, "no offer is ridiculious,you can always counter". Nick Troy replied, "if you can't afford it, get out!" How can he know what I can or cannot afford? That was beyond RUDE & a bit humiliating, as he did it in the show room!!! He has NO sales or people skills what so ever! Having bought many vehicles in the past 30 years I NEVER experencied such tactless manners!!! I will be buying a F150, but rest assured not from Huntington Beach Ford! I should have read all the reviews before I went there. I guess it really doesn't matter much, you still employ Nick Troy. Maybe you should rethink your sales manager position, or send to some classes. More
