Horrible Experience The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Michael, the financial guy, charges people for wheel locks that are already on the car--and we ha The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Michael, the financial guy, charges people for wheel locks that are already on the car--and we have pictures of the car before we met with him to prove it. I'm not sure how he gets away with this"scam". He is beyond rude--he made multiple mistakes, and he had an awful attitude. He even put his hand up and shushed me when I tried to explain something about my insurance. I wrote them several emails about the horrible experience, a manager called to tell me the treatment I received was unacceptable (his words), and that he would talk to the general manager--but he never called back! While waiting hours in the showroom, I noticed an enormous difference between how male customers are treated and how female customers are treated in this dealership (talked down to, ignored and even shushed, in my case)--the treatment was far from equal, which is not acceptable. Avoid this dealership! More

I have always gone to Aldo Graziano. He is a straight-shooter and very down-to-earth. He emails me periodically with lease specials and just to say hello. He saves me money where he can and is very flexible in accommodating my requests. I appreciate his candidness and recommend him to anyone in the market for car buying/leasing. More
