The name Huntington used to bring to my mind, for a fraction of a second, the commercial about the kids not doing great in school… Now, every time I hear the commercial, I think of the wonderful three people I met there who are connected to me for life – in my mind, anyway – without having to see them every day, or every week, or every month… I used to be an “Audi person” – had 6 of them, and was on my way to get the 7th. For some reason, as I was driving a Volvo XC70 for the past 4 years due to a personal situation, I looked up on line to see what is available in that brand. Found this V60, 2015 model, AWD T5, in what looked to be a “decent red”. Called the dealer and got to talk to Jamie - Jamie Augustino – who set me up for an appointment; I came to see the car and, as we were walking in the freezing December temperature, I loved it from afar… He moved a few cars around so we can take it for a test drive. I love cars, so I had a lot of questions – Jamie had answers for all of them and gave me all I needed to have in order to make an educated decision. After re-testing the Audi I was interested in, for some reason, this Volvo – Flamenco red in color, with a nice purr and a good “nervous system”, felt …better. Decision taken, went back and this time I was introduced to Will, Will Ramos, the Pre-Owned Car Manager – one of the most wonderful people I met! He spent time with me talking about cars, motorcycles and all sorts of things, so I wouldn’t feel that I waited. This was the cherry on the cake, because, most importantly, when I came to pick up the car on January 13 – one of my lucky numbers! He made sure that all my requests were met and I wasn’t going to leave that place with anything else but a big smile in my heart for the decision I made. The car was in beautiful shape and Jamie, as well as Will, made sure that I knew how to operate all the new controls and learned about the great features of the car. And then… there is Alice. Alice Baer, the wonderful Business Manager, that makes you understand your pros and cons when it comes to financial operations in your transaction. She took the time to explain and present my options – and, in my case, even made me feel even happier a couple of days later, when I was told that there was a clerical mistake and my payment is even less than initially stated. A couple of days later, which means she took the time to review everything and discovered the error!!! What other behavior can you hope for??? Thank you, Alice!!! As a closing statement, you have to remember that a sell stays in the person who governs it. The team at Huntington Volvo is a reliable, trustworthy and pleasant one to entrust yourself to. I feel that there will be a strong connection between Huntington Volvo - Will and Jamie – and my future cars. NOTE: I LOVE my V60!!! Is March1 and I have 3200 miles on it since January 13!!! The big blizzard we had in February? This car did not skid once!!! And I was not going 10 miles per hour either. In manual, you can adjust the speed and the engine brake, which gives you full control of the car. Continental tires – great! Side-assist, great again. Seating is on the sporty side, which I love! My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 XC90 from this dealership. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with the salesperson, Rick Perlmutter. He not only was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle (he knows his product), but he also was extremely responsive, extremely nice, and extremely generous with the amount of time that he devoted to us while looking at the car and when we ultimately picked it up. He was, by far, the best car salesperson that we have ever encountered (and we have certainly bought/leased many, many cars). I highly recommend Rick and the Huntington Volvo dealership. More

Keep in mind I live on the east end of Long Island, one mile from my local Volvo Dealership, yet I chose Huntington instead. Our salesman Jamie Augustino was absolutely great. He was the only salesman to call us back out of the 4 dealerships we visited. Professional and down to earth. He spent endless time after the sale going over every feature of the car. The general sales manager Steve was also a great help. Between the both of them, they did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. Their VIP program so far is as good as it gets. With Valet parking and complimentary car washes with every service, I cant find myself going anywhere else. More

I went in on Thursday evening and Friday Night I drove my beautiful car home. Eddie called me Friday Morning and requested the name of my Insurance agent and took care of everything for me.
