Everyone was great from Salesman Big Mike Mgr Shane and the service dept! I had to bring the car in for them to check something after I purchased it. Disappointed that Tony included the accessory Luggage Crossbars in my contract payment even though they were backordered. I would rather have paid for them later when I received them (still not avail aft Crossbars in my contract payment even though they were backordered. Also a little annoyed that I had to sit in the dealership for two hours after buying the car to add it to my insurance and then wait for the insurance to create and send the paperwork to the dealer, when I could have done that earlier from my home in half the time if the dealership had told me.
