Tony was great! Very personable and down to earth. Loved working with him! I was looking for a 2026 CR-V Hybrid Touring in Canyon River Blue. They did not have one there, but quickly located one for me. From deal to picking up my new car took 4 days. Easy peasy! Working with Finance was also a pleasure. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. Our buying experience was very pleasant, something we can't say about many car buying experiences. We were greeted by Mike Romikitis who was very easy to work with. Mike listened to us explain what we were looking for and even asked if we might want to buy a used car after we mentioned previously buying gently used cars. We did want to buy new this time and purchased a CRV on our first visit. We had been considering buying a Toyota Rav 4, as my last two cars were Toyota Prius Vs that I was very happy with. We had negotiated a trade in towards a Rav 4 and Mike and his manager agreed to meet that trade in value, which was $800 higher than Hyannis Honda's first offer. We appreciated that accommodation. We were pleased with the incentives Honda offered. After test driving the CRV, I was more comfortable in the CRV than the Rav 4 and decided to make the purchase. I had owned a 2005 CRV that we kept for 250,000 miles, so we were CRV fans already. More

This is my second car from Jason - this time working with Rachel. What a great team - friendly - motivated - on top of things and kept me totally informed. I was debating over 3 different models and test dr Rachel. What a great team - friendly - motivated - on top of things and kept me totally informed. I was debating over 3 different models and test drove them. Rachel took the time to go over every aspect of each car so I could make my decision. The only drawback has to do with Honda itself - not the sales people. How about some new colors - I'm tired of black - white - silver - grey etc. But I wanted a Honda so I choose white. They were so patient with me and we also had some lighthearted laughs. The experience was great and if I ever get another car - I'm back to Honda and the Dynamic Duo.
