I do think that maybe a few things could be improved such as when they clean the car they also have the car inspected. After being treated like a guest my last impression of the dealership was going over to the parts department. We were looking for a 2015 Honda Civic because we liked the body style more than the newer models. Within a few months Dave notified us of a Silver Gray Civic with on 14,500 miles. We bought this car and the purchase was hassle free. We bought our prior car (2010 Honda Civic) from Hyannis Honda and have been very satisfied with the maintenance service. They make these off-island t We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island trips very easy and have always accommodated us and worked around doctor appointments and the like. Their concierge transport service is excellent: Recently I dropped off the car at 10:30 and the driver (Griff) had me at the doctor's office within ten minutes. A quick call at the conclusion of the appointment and the driver was right back and had me at the dealership. Car ready to go. They have taken us, in the past, to Trader Joe's, Christmas Tree Shops and the like while the car has been being serviced. I have found their service excellent: they never try to sell me things I don't need and always apply coupons, even if I forget them. I hope the CRV lasts forever, but should it not, I would (based on our experience with the service folks) certainly consider looking to Hyannis Honda for a replacement. More

We planned on buying a used CRV but ended up getting an incredible deal on a new 2017 leftover CRV. Chip Berkowitz was our salesperson and he was very accommodating with taking us on test drives in both used and new CRV's even with the temperature near zero, he never hesitated to put a plate on another car for us to drive, he was great about explaining the differences between all the options available to us. Chip was friendly and very easy to do business with as was Conrad Zirpolo in Finance who made that process easy and seamless plus he gave us a recent college graduate financing credit for our son that we were not aware of and really treated our son with respect as he walked him through his first financing experience. We've always had excellent experiences with Hyannis Honda in both sales and service and look forward to future business with the dealership. More

When he did not have the answer to a couple questions, he made sure to get me the answers in a timely manner. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to pressure me into getting extra features or signing before I was ready (I first looked in August, bought in December.). The manager was also very helpful in getting me the vehicle and features I wanted at a reasonable price. A couple days after I bought the car, I stopped in with a question. Jake was not available, but another salesman jumped right in to help - even though there was nothing in it for him (unlike other dealers where I have had salesmen walk away once they knew I already had a salesman.)
