I had a lot of trepidation and I was sure the salesperson would too. I had emailed the dealership hoping to ease my fear, yes fear, and Mackenzie Malone was prompt and direct in her replies. She gave me hope that it wouldn’t be a horrible experience. She called just before our one o’clock appointment to tell me Jake Roberts would be working with me. He was waiting for me and I could not have had a better experience. He ascertained exactly what I wanted in a new CRV and how much I was able to pay. He made it a reality while treating me respectfully but not condescendingly. That same afternoon I left the dealership with my new CRV, confident in using the features of the car, with my favorite radio stations programmed, and my phone synced. A soft sell approach, but a person I trust and gives us honest answers. We get a very competitive price, great service and don't need to go off Cape to get it. We particularly like having our service done in Orleans which is very convenient as it is the next town over from Eastham (where we live).
