I went in looking for a civic and after the sales man, Frank, spent time locating the hatchback I wanted, I totally changed my mind and went for the CRVs. He was totally understanding and happy to help me find the right vehicle. I wound up purchasing a car I'm really happy with and both Frank and his manager were very kind and not at all like the obnoxious and sneaky people I've worked with at larger dealerships.
