Honda Odyssey purchase I came over from Nantucket to purchase a used 2016 Honda Odyssey on 9/19/2017. A big storm was bearing down, and time was of the essence to get the sa I came over from Nantucket to purchase a used 2016 Honda Odyssey on 9/19/2017. A big storm was bearing down, and time was of the essence to get the sale completed so I could get home before all boats were canceled. The dealership was able to process the sale in record time, and I was able to catch an earlier boat home. I found out later that the boat I was going to take got canceled, and all transportation to the Island was canceled for the next 3 days. I really appreciate the the expediency of the process and will be considering Hyannis Honda for my family's future vehicle needs. More

2017 Accord failed state inspection The service and sales managers were horrific allowing a brand new car leave the showroom and it fails inspection. Very disappointed...I waited around for 5 hours and no one at Hyannis Honda told me that the car had to be driven 60 miles so the computer would update. I would think someone at Hyannis Honda would have known that the car does not update by itself without being driven. If the sales manager and service manager does not know this basic information cus a local mechanic told me I had to drive it 60 miles for to reset the computer in my car. REJECT sticker was placed on my car. I was also told that I would be in and out Of Honda dealership in one hour and 5 hours later and a REJECT sticker on my brand new car I was upset. I apologized for my language but never received any excuses why the sales manager did not know that this car would fail inspection. More

Purchased 2017 Honda Civic I visited three dealerships (two Honda dealerships and one Toyota) before purchasing my new Civic from Hyannis Honda. I believe I got the best deal he I visited three dealerships (two Honda dealerships and one Toyota) before purchasing my new Civic from Hyannis Honda. I believe I got the best deal here and the salesperson Jason Kustanovitz. was very helpful. Initially, I wanted a new CRV or the HRV, but decided for my budget that the Civic was a better option for me. Jason showed me all of the cars and was patient while I shopped around, and because of that I decided to give my business to him. I love my new Civic and it comes with lots of great options for a very good price. The gas mileage is awesome and I feel very comfortable in my new car. It is such a great little car! I will buy another Honda from this dealership when the time comes. Thanks again to Jason K! More
