Excellent and fast I came into the dealership because of an invitation I received in the mail about trading my 2014 Accord I asked for Jeff Bristol because Calvin who I came into the dealership because of an invitation I received in the mail about trading my 2014 Accord I asked for Jeff Bristol because Calvin who works in the service department gave me Jeff's business card. Calvin works a second job at Stop and Shop and my dad and I see him each week at the deli department. He has always asked how are vehicles are running and invited us to look at the latest models. When I told him about the mailing he gave me Jeff's card. Jeff was on a day off the day I went to the dealership but Peter offered to help me. Peter did an excellent job making the deal and being sensitive to my needs. Jeff took over the deal on my return to the dealership and did an excellent job with the delivery. I was also impressed with Conrad's efficiency with the paperwork. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership. In all cases the salesman have been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would definitely buy another car from Hyannis Honda. More
Not standing behind your certified vehicle warranty I purchased A certified Honda cross tour 10 months ago. Since I've purchased it the brakes went out the battery died on me when I was in Boston and I purchased A certified Honda cross tour 10 months ago. Since I've purchased it the brakes went out the battery died on me when I was in Boston and now I need tires. They did assist me with the battery and the brakes but when it came to replacing the tires they tell me I'm on my own. Do not buy a vehicle from them. !!! Do not stand behind their certified warranty. I should have realized this because this is the second incident I had with them They truly do not care about customer service and I Shelby's telling as many people as I can about them I'm going to sell the cross tour and move onto a different vehicle because of them Thank you. More

I knew that I wanted another Accord since its safety features had saved my life, and once I had contacted Patrick Yezuckevicz, any trace of trepidation disappeared. He immediately put me at ease. Patrick was efficient and professional, making the whole experience hassle-free. He quickly answered all our questions, making our decision to lease another Accord through Hyannis Honda a no-brainer. Extended Warranty I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV on February 25, 2015 from Hyannis Honda and traded in a 2007 Honda CRV that was purchased from Cambridge Honda along with I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV on February 25, 2015 from Hyannis Honda and traded in a 2007 Honda CRV that was purchased from Cambridge Honda along with an Extended Warranty (EW) that I had forgotten about and had not used. A few weeks ago I found the EW and called American Honda in Torrence CA. I was informed that Hyannis Honda cancelled the EW policy on 3/2015 and the monies, $119.50 was forwarded to Cambridge Honda. After hassling somewhat with Cambridge Honda they agreed to send me a check only after a phone call from American Honda. My complaint with Hyannis Honda is, why they cancelled the Extended Warranty that was purchased from another dealership? They are a local dealership "who cares" in a small community that they would have done the right thing and forwarded a check to the rightful person who purchased the extended warranty? They are not looking out for your interest. BUYER BEWARE!! More
