The first time I met with Jake I explained that I was just looking and I had a good friend that was also a Honda sal My sales person was Jake Roberts. A very pleasant, non-pressured experience! Our visit was extremely pleasant. As a customer, we had certain needs which once we explained became the primary focus of Mr. Spooner the salesman. He presented us with various options and was very knowledgeable explaining each option. We were able to test drive the various models before we made our decision. At no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase a car. There was an issue with transfer papers on our trade, which the Honda Team took care of very nicely relieving us of any concerns we may have had. Any and all questions handled during the process were answered very clearly by each individual we spoke to. We have been Honda costomers for years and based on this experience we be for years to come. Lastly I must comment on Hyannis Honda's Maintenance Department. We have been going to them since moving to the Cape. They have provided excellent service. I have found them to be very friendly, courteous and trust worthy in their evaluations.
