When we picked up the car Joe, thoroughly, went through all the instrumentation with me and made sure I understood all the "gadgets". Very pleasantly done. It was not our first experience with Hyannis Honda since we bought our 2010 CRV there, also, and we have that vehicle exclusively serviced there. More
