Great experience! We stopped into Hyannis Honda on a whim, interested in just checking out the new Accord as our current lease was coming to an end. We have always been GMC or Ford owners so weren't very familiar with the Honda product and service. We were greeted by Jake Roberts and explained to him what we were interested in looking at and he was more than helpful in explaining to us all about Honda and also, after a few test drives in different models. found us the car we liked with all the options we wanted. We ended up leaving that day with a new lease contract for a new Accord. The whole experience was laid back. They made the process of trading in our old lease and getting into a new one so easy! We never felt pressured and truly enjoyed all of the employees of Honda that we dealt with that day- very friendly, very knowledgeable staff! A Positive Buying Experience.. I called the dealership to ask a general information question and was connected to Tony Snyder. At the time, I had no attention of purchasing a new v I called the dealership to ask a general information question and was connected to Tony Snyder. At the time, I had no attention of purchasing a new vehicle. Nevertheless, a few hours later, I drove out of Hyannis Honda with a top of the line Accord V-6. Tony made it all possible. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process effortless. And, by the way, I love the new car and very pleased with my decision to buy. Great salesman, I have been on the hunt for a RED Jeep Wrangler for along time and they were always way to expensive. Last week as I was driving to Hyannis this Jeep I have been on the hunt for a RED Jeep Wrangler for along time and they were always way to expensive. Last week as I was driving to Hyannis this Jeep caught my eye. I called about it and then went to test drive it. I fell in love with it.I didnt want to bring it home that night I was nervous, but they insisted. We even had to drive to Mashpee to have my husband sign the papers at work., I may have over paid for it , but I took the leap. I didnt put any money down. We discussed the vehicles and decided that none were exactly what we were looking for. We told him our requirements and he said he would let us know if the vehicle we wanted came in. Several weeks later Jeff called and said the 2015 Pilot we wanted had just been traded in. We looked at the vehicle and decided to buy it. There were several repairs that needed to be made and Jeff made all the arrangements and kept us fully advised of the progress until they were completed. Jeff was extremely helpful and made this vehicle purchase very easy. We will definitely call Jeff again when we are in need of another vehicle. More
