LOVE Hyannis Honda and Jake! No two dealerships are alike, that's for sure. I have had horrible experiences in the past purchasing and leasing vehicles. This time I choose to go to a dealership, not for convenience in proximity to where I live, but for the reviews they received online. I chose Hyannis Honda because of their reviews and I have to say, the reviews were spot on and I am so happy I drove over an hour to lease my car in Hyannis vs. the South Shore. It all began with Jake, my Honda Representative, opening the door to the dealership for me. I told him what I was looking for, what special I specifically came in for and that I had to turn in my CRV lease. It was the quickest and most thorough, no games transition that I have ever experienced. I test drove two cars, decided on an Accord, did the paperwork with no back and forth games to the finance manager, Jake showed me how to use every feature in my car and even set-up my blue tooth for me and I was on my way. Two days later my tire pressure light was on and would not turn off. I texted Jake, he told me how to turn it off and all is well. Hyannis Honda, please do not change your business model. I will be a lifetime customer. I have already talked my husband into his next vehicle purchase, to go there and have been spreading the word to everyone that will listen. Thank you Jake for actually making this experience that I dread more than going to the dentist, an actual pleasure. More

Wonderful experience start to finish!! I was met by Stephen Chase as soon as I entered the lot at Hyannis Honda. I had an urgent need for a new car and was rather stressed. I returned the next day to complete the purchase. Again, Stephen went through everything I needed to know about the car.
