All customers of Hyannis Honda should expect professional and fair treatment and I apologize publicly for it taking more than one contact to provide his satisfaction. The above customer was upset because The vehicle he traded durring the Cash For Clunkers Program had a scrap value less than what he wanted. The clunker program rules were fully disclosed to him at the time of sale and He did recieve full disclosure on his trade's salvage value in the way of a photo copy of a check from the Salvage Yard once we recieved it. We recieved the same amount for each clunker which was the most we could get. I appologised repeatedly to this customer for his experience including the state inspection which was not in our control. The State Inspection Machine runs on a State Network which is frequently down and is very unreliable(There have been class action suites over it). Our sales work out of a seperate building and would not have known if the machine was down. We did order his arm rest overnight so it was in the day after his delivery. I believe he new at delivery that it would be in the next day however we should have given him a call before sending it back. With Honda, parts can only be returned in the first 30 days for a full refund so we send them back at 28 as we can get anything overnight anyway. I think it should be publically stated that although certain parts of this transaction did not go smoothly, no representative from Hyannis Honda ever lied or misrepresented the details of his transaction.

The junk value of my clunker was never disclosed to me!! When I asked I was told that the check would be in the mail...$50 for junk value is a joke! The first armrest was never ordered, The SECOND armrest ordered I receved a invoice for and it stated it was sent overnight. I never did get an apology, take a look at these reviews 1.2 out of 5 and tell me..... am I lying?
