Very Happy Customer i walked into Hyannis Honda very apprehensively. I had inquired to see a car that was advertised online. When I received a call from Peter Marancik he i walked into Hyannis Honda very apprehensively. I had inquired to see a car that was advertised online. When I received a call from Peter Marancik he informed me that the particular car I inquired about had just been sold but as luck would have it they had just gotten in a very similar vehicle just a different color. I did not want to be talked in to a car that I was not completely happy with or a car payment I was not comfortable with. When I arrived at the dealership I was warmly greeted and was immediately shown the car. Two minutes later I was test driving it. I immediately knew this was the car that I wanted in a color that I did not know I wanted but absolutely fell in love with at first sight. We got back to the dealership and called my boyfriend to come meet me to help me with the deal. When he arrived we started what had to be the easiest, happiest, quickest deal ever. Peter Marancik was very honest and straightforward from beginning to end. Never did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Despite their reliance, at all levels, on various rather irksome (apparently requisite in efforts to maximize profit) initial quotes eventually met with “last-ditch” reductions in order to close the deal, cordial interactions with all personnel were otherwise greatly appreciated. These Hyannis Honda folks all seem to take both their product & the realistic needs of their potential clients quite seriously & are ardent in their pursuit of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
