The car had well over 200k miles, so we decided to see if Hyannis Honda had something to replace it. We looked at several cars before finding a beautiful Accord that had just come off a lease. Eddie Clark, a sales manager there, worked incredibly hard, and effectively, to make the deal work. Because we were out of state buyers there were various complications and challenging moving parts to the deal, and Eddie Clark worked HEROICALLY to make sure that it all worked for us. He really and truly went the extra mile, and then a few more extra miles, for a couple of worn-out and frustrated travelers. My salesman, Patrick Yezukevicz, is like a brother to me...I trust him. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicles and explains the workings of them to a customer so they can understand what he is saying... no fancy words; no malarky. Patrick has a wonderful sense of humor that calms any stress of purchasing a new automobile. And, Conrad, the Business Manager is very congenial and patient. He told me all about the car, showing me all the key features and how they worked. He also worked to get me a good deal with a fair price for my trade. On pick-up day (day of delivery) he was there and the car was ready for me to drive away. Michael also sat with me in the vehicle and asked me if there was any questions as to remind me of anything I may have forgotten. I was very well please with how easy the whole sales process went. This is the second car I bought with Hyannis Honda. The first was 18 years ago and lasted me those 18 years, thanks to the service department in which I had it serviced regularly and will again do with this one. I have full trust in the Honda trained technicians to service it, as it will probably be the last car I will own, before passing it on to my daughter. More

Best buying experience! The day finally came when I realized I had to buy another car. Of course I was a little nervous because I wasn’t ready for this day. I walked into the car section of Orleans Honda where I met Andrew Burling. Very neat in appearance, smiling, well spoken, that put me at ease. We talked about the different choices of cars and after a short time we took one out for a ride. After we came back I said I would like to think about it and I would be back the next day. The next day I picked out another car and took it for a ride. Yes, this was the one. We did the paper work and everything went along smoothly. Then I realized how comfortable I felt with this transaction. Absolutely no hassle or pressure and that made the decision easy for me. Andre provided a great follow up on all the paperwork and went over all the highlights and features of the car.
