Chip managed to help us bargain a fair price for the vehicle we wanted in a relaxed and reasonable timespan. Once we agreed on the price the process of registering the car at the Hyannis Dealership was fast and efficient. A big Thank You goes to the focused talent of Tara, the Business Manager. We drove away happy customers loving our new CR-V. The general culture of the dealership seemed professionally friendly, with the feel of a supportive community. We particularly appreciated the professionalism and patience of David as he explained everything to us in great detail. He did not put heavy pressure on us but simply presented the information about the CRV vehicle to us in a clear and understandable way. He was not in a hurry and allowed us to set the pace of the process and ask a multitude of questions. On the day that we signed the documents, he went through , in great detail and with great patience, all of the "bells and whistles" in the car. This is the first vehicle that we have owned that contained so many features. He took the time to explain all the features and assured us that he was available to answer our questions during the coming days and weeks. He also directed us to a Honda website for additional information. All of this was greatly appreciated. The only reason that the tutorial session ended was that Marlyce and I went into an "information overload" mode and could not absorb any more information. Went in to look, came out with a new car I went to Hyannis Honda to test drive a Honda CR-V. I had inquired online and received a prompt email back from Jason letting me know the price. And let me say this, I had emailed three other dealerships to find prices and Hyannis Honda was the only one who actually sent me a price. All the others wanted me to come to the dealership, THEN they would tell me. I had done my homework, I knew how much I wanted to pay for the car, how much I wanted for my trade in and what interest rate I wanted. We did have a bit of haggling but the bottom line is, I left there very happy with the deal and very happy with the car. More

I always feel like I get a good deal with my trade-in, and with the final purchase price of my car. Mark was terrific in advocating for me as to price, and extras. He WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE the parking lot, without being sure I knew how every new feature worked. I will be buying my next new car from him I expect. More
