We particularly appreciated the professionalism and patience of David as he explained everything to us in great detail. He did not put heavy pressure on us but simply presented the information about the CRV vehicle to us in a clear and understandable way. He was not in a hurry and allowed us to set the pace of the process and ask a multitude of questions. On the day that we signed the documents, he went through , in great detail and with great patience, all of the "bells and whistles" in the car. This is the first vehicle that we have owned that contained so many features. He took the time to explain all the features and assured us that he was available to answer our questions during the coming days and weeks. He also directed us to a Honda website for additional information. All of this was greatly appreciated. The only reason that the tutorial session ended was that Marlyce and I went into an "information overload" mode and could not absorb any more information. And let me say this, I had emailed three other dealerships to find prices and Hyannis Honda was the only one who actually sent me a price. All the others wanted me to come to the dealership, THEN they would tell me. I had done my homework, I knew how much I wanted to pay for the car, how much I wanted for my trade in and what interest rate I wanted. We did have a bit of haggling but the bottom line is, I left there very happy with the deal and very happy with the car. More
